STARTER APPOINTMENT - NZ$130
Includes:
- One x 40-minute appointment.
- Thorough interpretation of one set of test results.
- Basic supplement and nutrition advice to get you started.
This package does not include a copy of my ebook, a written nutrition plan, or email support. If you want in-depth, longer-term support, the Comprehensive Package is the best one to book.
COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE - NZ$560 (to be used within 6 months)
Includes:
- Three x 40-minute appointments.
- Copy of my ebook, Nutrition for Your OCD Recovery.
- A 12-month personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan based on your specific needs.
- Thorough interpretation of your test results (comprehensive blood tests will be advised in appointment one, and sometimes an HTMA or stool test).
- Monthly email check ins.
FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT - NZ$100 (returning clients only)
After completing your package, you're welcome to book follow-up appointments as you need them. Many clients like to return as they enter new life stages (e.g., for pre-conception and pregnancy care).
Includes:
- One x 40-minute appointment.
- Updated nutrition plan: supplement advice, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, recommended re-testing/test results explained.

Nutrition appointments agreement contract
By accepting and paying for your first appointment(s), the client agrees to the following with Francesca Eldridge Health (FEH).
GENERAL
-You (the client) are welcome to have someone support you with completing your food diary and new client form.
-You are welcome to have a support person (friend, partner, family member) accompany you for your appointments.
-Children and teenagers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all appointments with FEH.
-Parents of adult children (adult children aged 18 years and above) are welcome to gift your child appointments but your child must complete and sign the new client form themselves prior to their first appointment and come to all their appointments. FEH does not provide health advice for your adult child without their consent and participation.
-The client understands that FEH is not providing a diagnosis or medical service but is offering evidence-based education and support around diet and lifestyle changes to support your health.
-Both the client and FEH have the right to end the working relationship at any time.
-FEH may refer the client to a more suitable health professional (this is especially essential for PANDAS cases).
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
-Your personal information is collected and stored in accordance with The Privacy Act, New Zealand.
-All clients of FEH are confidential, and all discussions within appointments and via email. However, there are some exceptions to confidentiality, which are discussed in your first appointment. If FEH has concerns about your safety or the safety of another person, confidentiality may be lifted.
PAYMENT
-Payment is required in advance of all appointments.
-For clients making payment via PayPal, there is a processing fee per appointment / package payment to cover PayPal's fees. This is included in pricing listed above.
-FEH accepts payments via PayPal (internationally) and bank transfer (New Zealand only).
-You are required to pay for sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
ONLINE APPOINTMENTS
-Where an online appointment cannot take place owing to problems with either party's Internet connectivity, the appointment will be rescheduled as soon as possible on a business day.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
-If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, FEH asks for 48 hours' notice.
-Clients who do not show up for an appointment will not receive a refund.
REFUNDS
-If you pay for a package and wish to cancel after your first appointment, a 30% refund will be issued via PayPal.
-If your follow up appointment(s) from a package are not used within six months of your initial appointment date, no refunds will be given as it will be assumed you no longer require the appointment(s).
-If you pay for an appointment and decide to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be given as time in FEH's calendar has been reserved for you, making it unavailable for others.
-No refunds will be given for digital products purchased such as ebooks or Patreon membership.
PROBLEMS & COMPLAINTS
If you have a problem with FEH or the service, please provide FEH with written details of your complaint and what you are seeking.
